Dencity LLC has the belief that design, whether it is the design of a master plan for a small town, or the design of a coffee table for a specific client, is inherently equal. All decisions we make as designers require careful deliberation, creative collaboration, client input, and technical problem solving knowledge.
Coupled with our beliefs above, is a similar belief that every project has monetary constraints that also must be solved. These constraints are an exciting part of the creative process for us. Here at Dencity LLC, we work very closely with the chosen General Contractor in the pricing stage of project all the way through Construction Administration. This constant connection and communication has helped us to insure the owner is getting the building and the price that works within the original design intent and budget.
